Last post before holiday, have a few things to do plus clients.....
No gym, going to rest up, and focus on nails, I want to be as rested up as possible before Wednesday :).
Steph and Rob are due back from holiday tomorrow and moving in here when we are away. Her bunny has been good, I must admit I wont be sad to leave his care for her, its always stressful looking after someones else pet, especially when you don't know much about them. But he seems to have enjoyed his stay......
Anyway thats it from me, not sure if I will post from the holiday, time will tell.
Catch you all in about 3 weeks, or a little less and watch me transform, I am really looking forward to the next phase in my life. Next year sometime I will hit the 99 Kilos and I cant wait :)

Another gym session done, last cardio workout before the holiday :).
I am not sure, how many more posts I will be doing here before the holiday, just got a busy few days coming up.
I have been making some plans from our return of our holiday till the end ofd the year. It will be 17 weeks till 2019, I am setting myself a goal to lose minimum 20 kilos in that time. I really need to focus on my food on my return, I am pretty slack the last few months with it, in fact most of this year to be honest. I will still continue with WeightWatchers as I feel for me it is the best option at this stage. I have also been slack with my water, though when we get back hopefully the weather will be warmer and that means drinking water is easier. I am going to get strict and really focus on losing this weight once and for all.
I am also going to start vlogging I think, I will prob vlog one day and then upload that day the next day.... still not sure how often I will do it etc..... something to think about on holiday, which BTW is only 6 sleeps away lol.

Went to the gym today, instead of yesterday, so instead of today being a day off, yesterday was one. Did upper body, I must admit, I am really struggling this week with the gym, keep wanting to be in holiday mode now.... but I will persevere...
I have one more weigh in before the holiday, and I am going to make that a Tuesday, as we head up to Auckland first thing Wednesday morning and weighing will be the last thing I will be thinking off I am sure.
Puppies had their haircut yesterday, so they are looking good again lol. As for Steph's bunny, well he has certainly made himself at home now, and when he is let out, he is sooooo naughty, little bugga.
For a few days there when my food was out of control, I decided to check my sleep app, and it seems that when I only get about 4 hours sleep a night, I really struggle. The last couple of nights, I had been sleeping between 7 and 8 hours and am feeling so much better.
David is in Wellington today, he was nominated for some award with work, and there were 8 people from around New Zealand who flew to Wellington today for some ceremony thing.
This week seems to be going so slow, roll on Wednesday lol. Only 5 more gym sessions before then, or maybe even 6 if I am feeling really motivated, but that is unlikely as I have a few clients next week and tomorrow, getting their nails done before I leave.
On Friday getting my hair blonde again and cutting back short :)

Another day, another gym session done, met my physio there and we have added and adjusted some of the program to make it more difficult.
Today was lower workout, didn't do a full workout as my physio was showing me some different things.
The other week, our power box made a bang and one of the power thingee's turned of, we turned it back on again and it did a few more times then for about a week, it didn't happen, last night it happened again, we turned it back on and it did it again, this time we could smell smoke. We decided to leave it of and plug the freezer in another plug as that was the only thing that needed to stay on. We then heard a bigger bang, I went and had another look in the hallway (where the freezer is), and smelt smoke and saw lots of sparks etc coming out of the freezer, gave me a hell of a fright, unplugged it and glad we found the issue, would have hated for it to happen when we were in Aussie and Steph and Rob were looking after the place, or even worse the house burnt down. I am terrified of fire....
Anyway onto other stuff, my weight has gone back down to the previous weigh in, so am happy with that. And better still I can now say "next week we are on holiday" lol.

And boom, after the butter chicken, I completely lost track and managed a gain of 500 grams, I am not going to lie, I deserve the gain... I was going to come on here and say that I would weigh in Tuesday and hope I could lose it by then, but that is not owning up to my eating issues, and this time round, I have to be honest with myself.
And what also caused this binge, we went to the dutch market yesterday and ate beef croquettes there, which would have been ok if I had stopped there, but no I decided to have Oliebollen as well, then we purchased some liquorice and some biscuits (which thankfully I don't like lol), my excuse for buying this stuff, the markets are only every 6 weeks, so need to make the most of it - (yeah bloody stupid but thats what a person with an eating disorder thinks). For dinner we had garlic bread with soup for dinner, so basically a carb overload day which results in a 500 gram gain, though in reality it was more like a kilo + gain as I was nearly a kilo down on Wednesday. But life goes on, I am trying not to be to hard on myself... the positives I went to the gym 4 days (yip today I couldn't be bothered, it was raining, wet and cold), oh thats right I am focusing on the positives..... :).
Anyway onto other stuff, Buddy (Steph's Bunny) is not in our good books, why cause the little bugger chewed my apple watch charger... he is cute, but when he runs free, we have to watch him like a hawk, and now all our cables are up high.
Well tomorrow, we can start saying next week we are off to Aussie lol.
Oh about the Alpha H skincare, my skin is loving it, so am going to order another trial pack, for Aussie, though having said that, I prob have enough in this trial pack as it seems to last for ages but really don't want to run out while there. I will compare prices over in Aussie and might get some full size products while there if cheaper. I am sure my wrinkles are a lot less lol.
So this week coming, I am not going to lie, I know will be a struggle, but I am going to focus on one meal, one day at a time. I am really going to make sure I get to the gym though.

Another gym session done, lower body am glad it is done for another week, upper body workout on the weekend and another successful exercise weekend done.
Grrrrr last night was Davids night to cook, what does he do bring home butter chicken, do you know how many points that it is, far to many, so went way over my points yesterday but thats ok, I only had a couple tablespoons of rice and half a naan bread. It was bloody yummy though lol.
Here is Buddy being watched closely by Rusty, he loves him, he came out of his cage last night and was running around the house, followed closely by the dogs lol. When he gets bored, he loves to rip up his news paper, its so cute, now he has experienced freedom, he wants to come out all the time, but I cant let him unless I am in the room, not sure if I trust the dogs 100% yet, plus he will chew on stuff he is not allowed, if I am not there too watch him.

It is getting so near and I cant bloody wait, oh the holiday I am talking about. But in the meantime, I must continue to get healthy so to the gym I went and did my cardio workout, OMG it just about bloody kills me..... and half way through I really just wanted to quit, but I hung in there and finished my workout. Tomorrow is lower, which I also don't really like either, but on the weekend I do upper which I enjoy much more. But I can just about start saying "next week we are going on our trip" lol
Buddy (Steph's Bunny), is enjoying his holiday here, loving being in the sun, Rusty gets over excited with him, and he is still a little scared of him. But I would say by tomorrow, they should be used to each other.
I really cant believe it is August already, it is quiet for nails in July and August, have been enjoying the down time :).
