Did enjoy it, tomorrow will be cardio only will be the elliptical, rower, bike and maybe some time on the treadmill.
Today has been cold, wet and miserable, so not much else happened. No nail clients today, well did have one, but she didn't turn up, I assumed a no show, but apparently she replied to an automated txt, which of course I don't receive.
Anyway over and out for today :)
