12th May 2018

Another day, another gym session... Stats below :).



Went to the gym and my achillies is still playing up ggggrrrrrr, even when I didn't do the exercises that trigger it. I am due to see the physio on Thursday but am thinking I may need to swim more and gym less. May look at going to the pool, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday and do the gym, Wednesday (if I want, normally my rest day), and Saturday and Sunday. But will know more after I have spoken to the physio.

I have decided to start calorie counting, my days are different amounts of calories, depending on what exercise I do, I do use some of my exercise points, otherwise I find I do not lose weight. I still avoid sugar and wheat, though I have added a little more higher carbs in food wise like fruit and veggies, in the past few weeks. Yesterday I had 480 calories left over for the day, I will add the daily amount I have left below with the calories I burn. Today I have 151 calories remaining. I am not sure how long I will calorie count for, maybe till I get bored of it lol. 

Weather has been crap today, wet and horrible, so after the gym, I got a few groceries and sent of a package and then vegged for the rest of the day, watching Coronation Street, we watch it the same time as England, and am loving it. They have had some serious storylines in there, with one being a male rape with being drugged, and last nights episode, is a suicide. 

Oh yeah, after being to the specialist on Wednesday, he has said I can continue to come of the pain meds, even with the higher blood pressure. So I am going to be coming of the last of the methadone over the next 15 weeks, hope to be off it, by the time we go on holiday :). 

Oh yeah a NSV, I have to move my seat in the car another slot closer to the steering wheel yay lol, also must do my measurements again at the ned of this month, I try and do them every 2 months :)
